Inspired by his many travels, the chef develops recipes that combine tradition and creativity, enriched with personal touches from here and elsewhere. Each plate tells a story, that of a passion for products and a perpetual search for the right taste.
We select our ingredients with the greatest care, favoring short circuits and local producers, as well as “favorite” products that have touched us with their quality and/or their history.
